The HELTY Sandwich: Halloumi, Egg, Lettuce, Tomato, Yoghurt

  • 200g halloumi cheese, sliced
  • 2 large eggs, boiled and sliced
  • 8 slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 cups cos lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • Olive oil, for grilling halloumi
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Yogurt Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Grilled Halloumi:
